The FTA has a very informal, family-like atmosphere, and we all address each other informally. This friendly, collegial and respectful approach characterises not only our relationships with one another, but also the way we interact with our customers and suppliers.

When problems arise, we don’t look for someone to blame, but for a solution! We therefore expect a high degree of independence and personal responsibility from our staff.
